Postage is free for orders over £50 - UK only

Normally orders are dispatched on the day after they are received, however at busy times this may not always be possible. Please therefore allow us 5 working days to receive your package. If your order is urgent please call us on 07866 805143 and we will mark it as a priority. Any out of stock items will be sent later, free of additional postage charges.

Overseas Postage

The delivery cost for each individual Country is shown before completing Check-out.

Non-EU countries may also result in import duties payable on receipt of the goods. You will be liable for these duties.

All orders shall be subjected to these terms and conditions. No variation of these terms and conditions shall apply unless agreed in writing by Unica.

Returns

We are confident that you will be pleased with our products. However if, for any reasons, you wish to return a product, we will be happy to either exchange the product of give you a full refund. We will refund only unused products returned to us in a saleable condition and in their original packaging

For hygiene reasons we can not accept products which have been either opened or partially used.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to Unica.

We can not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to returned goods, and we strongly recommend that returns are sent by Recorded Delivery or by other tracked delivery system.

Damages and mistakes

In the unfortunate circumstance that you receive and incorrect item from us, or a product has been damaged in transit, please email us within three days of receiving the goods. We will refund or replace at no extra cost to you. The product must be returned to us within seven working days. Please retain proof of posting as we cannot replace or refund without having first received the damaged/incorrect product.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time before despatch. Cancellation after your order has been dispatched must be done within 7 days from receipt. As soon as we have received the goods in their original packaging and in their original conditions we will refund the cost of the products.

Refund exclusions

We are not able to refund the postage fees charged as part of your order, unless you are returning a faulty product.

All unica products are produced in small batches using a traditional hand-made process. Applying the products with clean hands, storing the product away from heat and direct sunlight and closing lids fully after use will maximize the products' effectiveness and shelf-life.

You may find slight variations in colour and texture from batch to batch. This is due to the fact that most of the ingredients we use are organic and the products are entirely handmade and therefore it should be regarded as a clear indication of the highest quality and care.

All suggestions in our website and literature are intended only as a helpful guide and are based on traditional use of the ingredients and research.

Unica guarantee that all goods on offer are as described on the website and are fit for their intended purpose. We do not accept responsibility for andy damage resulting from any misuse of the products in a manner not in accordance with their intended use.

Our products are formulated to suit the most sensitive skin, using the purest 100% natural ingredients. However, because it is possible to have a reaction even to natural ingredients, we recommend a skin patch test before using the products. Choose a small area (a few square centimeters) in the crook of your elbow or behind your ear and apply the product. Leave for 12-24 hours and then look for any signs of allergic reaction. The test may be repeated the next day.

We protect your privacy and we will not share your details with other third party in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
